Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or out of balance? The energy healing and balancing feature of the Clarity and Calm session will leave you feeling energised, grounded and relaxed. This non-invasive treatment will allow you to connect with your energy in a gentle and effective way. You will be asked to complete a pre-session questionaire in advance of the session.
During your Clarity & Calm session, you will have the opportunity to have a 15 min chat, almost like a laser coaching session where we can focus on one aspect of your life that requires attention. This will allow you the time and space to speak your truth and be guided to a space of clarity.
Prior to the energy balancing segment of the session, I will guide you in gentle meditation to prepare for the treatment. When we rest in stillness, we alllow ourselves to connect with our energy, to become a neutral observer and to be open to receiving the healing, clarity and calm that ensues.
It is my intention to help you access the tools available for you which will help you to live a radically inspired life. The Clarity and Calm sessions are an investment and an opportunity for you to take care of youreself whilst prioritising your mental, emotional wellbeing. It is my reccomendation to book multiple sessions in order to benefit fully. Most clients work with me for an initial period
